4. NEED ADMINISTRATOR POWERS TO BECOME AN ADMINISTRATOR

Try the following steps to check if it works:

1.    Repeatedly tap the F8 key when the computer is starting up.

2.    Choose "Repair your computer". Then select "Command Prompt". At the command prompt type:

net user administrator /active:yes 

  

3.    Reboot the computer, and try to see if you can log into the built-in Administrator account.
